Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel size. While smaller items are shipped at standard rates, larger items such as treadmills, desks, and other bulky products may incur higher shipping fees due to their size.Worldwide Delivery:
We ship globally with UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your package’s journey in real-time.
Delivery Process:
UPS delivers straight to your door. In the case of a failed delivery attempt, UPS will re-deliver and notify you via email or SMS. You will also receive an expected delivery date from UPS in advance, so you can plan accordingly. If you are not home during the delivery, you have the option to request that the package be left outside at your own risk.
