If any part of your Walkolution product stops working or is defective, we will repair it or replace it with a fully functional product in the same or better condition. This means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. We attach great importance to the fact that our products remain functional, because every Walkolution product not only contains valuable natural resources, but also more than 18 hours of committed manual work. If reasonable, we will provide you with an equivalent or better replacement from our inventory. All replacement products are quality tested and certified as fully functional and come with the same lifetime guarantee as your original product.
