§ 1 Basic Provisions
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with us as the provider (Walkolution USA LLC) via the website https://walkolution.com.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded with: Walkolution USA LLC.
By clicking the "Buy" / "Place Order" button, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., due to pricing errors or force majeure), in which case a full refund will be issued.
§ 3 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 4 Warranty and Guarantees
For Consumers in the EU: Statutory warranty rights apply (e.g., 2 years liability for defects). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Standard Warranty (USA & Rest of World): Unless otherwise stated, we warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Extended Product Warranties: Specific products may carry longer warranty periods as explicitly stated on the product page or description.
Examples (subject to product description):
Walkolution I Series: Lifetime Warranty on specific components.
Walkolution II Series: 5-year Warranty.
These extended warranties apply in addition to any statutory rights.
§ 5 Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
Exception for EU Consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Venue: For businesses (B2B), the exclusive venue for any disputes is Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA.
