    You can withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days of receipt of the delivery without giving a reason.

  • Return costs

    The delivery of your purchased items to your address is complimentary. However, should you decide to return any item, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses. For returns within Germany, a standard fee of €249 applies to cover postage and handling costs. This fee varies for returns from other European countries. You have the option to either arrange the return shipping independently or drop off the return package at our location without any cost. Please note that we do not provide a return option for international orders necessitating air freight.

  • You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 30 days without giving a reason.

    The cancellation period is one month from the day of cancellation if you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have taken possession of the goods.

    In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Walkolution GmbH, Gewerbestraße 1, 97355 Wiesenbronn, telephone number: +49 8024 6084 595, e-mail address: info@walkolution.com) a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.

    You can use the linked sample cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel the purchase contract, we have you repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the goods and checked them.

    For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

    We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back.

    We will collect the goods that cannot be sent as a parcel from you or have them collected by a forwarding agent.

    Alternatively, you have the option of bringing it back to us yourself or organizing a suitable transport yourself.

    Make sure that the goods are sufficiently insured on the transport route Walkolution GmbH, Gewerbestraße 1, 97355 Wiesenbronn, or include the goods that can be sent as a parcel together with the goods you are returning that cannot be sent as a parcel. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent as a parcel and the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent as a parcel in the amount of EUR 249 within Germany. This fee varies for returns from other European countries.

    You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods non-necessary handling is due to them.
