    1. USA (Domestic Returns)

    For customers shipping to an address within the United States.

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your Walkolution product.

    • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
    • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    • Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

    Return Location:
    Returns can generally be shipped to our facility in Wisconsin (USA). Please contact customer service for the exact address and instructions.


    2. International / Rest of World

    For customers outside the USA and outside the European Union (e.g., Canada, Asia, Switzerland, UK).

    • Approval Required: Returns from international locations are only accepted upon prior consultation and written approval by our customer service team.
    • Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways), customs duties, and a restocking fee.
    • Return Location: As agreed upon consultation (USA or Germany).

    3. European Union (EU) – Right of Withdrawal

    Consumers in the EU have the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days, without giving any reason.

    The Withdrawal Period

    The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

    How to Cancel

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Walkolution USA LLC) of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

    Refunds (EU)

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    Return Shipping Costs (EU)

    You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

    Returns can generally be shipped to our logistics center in Germany. Please contact us to receive the correct address for your specific product return.


    No Withdrawal for These Items

    You cannot cancel orders for:

    • Custom-made or clearly personalized items.
