Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within one month, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you — or someone you authorize (not the delivery company) — receive the goods.

Refunds and Returns

If you cancel:

• We’ll refund your payment within 14 days.
• We’ll use the same payment method you used – no extra fees.
• We may wait to refund until we’ve received the goods.
• In the event of a withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
