Can I test the treadmill normally within the 30 days?

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to try your Walkolution treadmill at home or in your office. If you wish to return your order, it must be in the same condition you received it. Of course, you can test the treadmill extensively. Slight signs of wear and tear are normal. You will receive a full refund after we receive the returned product.

Will I also be reimbursed for the return costs?

You must pay the return shipping costs yourself when you send the item back. Alternatively, you can order the return yourself or bring the shipment to us free of charge.
